I decided to become a certified personal trainer back in 2014 when I relocated to Phoenix. I am a former collegiate soccer player. I have always been passionate and dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals whatever they may be. I currently coach group fitness classes at Orangetheory Fitness North Scottsdale, AZ and Red Effect Fitness in Happy Valley, AZ. I also do personal training for individual clients. If you are looking to lose weight, tone up, bulk up or just stay in shape I specialize in all types of training including corrective exercise. I studied exercise science at Stony Brook University in New York back in 2007and have been an advocate for exercise ever since. Fitness and staying active have always been important to me and I love sharing my experience and knowledge with my clients. For years I have met my clients at their gym, in their homes and at the park for my individualized training programs. If you are looking to become more active or are training for an event I can help you reach your goals. I believe in the three fundamental components of physical training which consist of; endurance, strength and power. I also specialize in stability training for those who are just starting their fitness journey. I design and create nutrition and fitness programs to suite whatever lifestyle you lead so nothing is out of my realm of experience.
